  I don't know where they get 4 star rating ?
  Arrived there and sat down in bar section , 2 bartenders and a waitress , one customer at the bar and 4 lady's eating in a boot , I waited for 10 minutes , but I was completely ignored , after 15 minutes they served a drink to the lady's at the boot that looked like waitress forgot , then she passed me and tolled me she would come take my order ...
  2 mins later she arrives at my table , I order a drink and food , then she realise I didn't got any chips and salsa , she tolled me she would bring right away .
  So after 20 mins I get my chips and salsa ,
  My " Caddilac margarita " arrives , but It's far from what I would call a margarita , let along a caddilac !
  It tasts just like the cuervo mex they sell at Bevmo ! Only there you have a big bottle for same price as here a little glass , excuses me , plastic cup ... .
  When food comes , chickenwings , I have to ask for napkins , not one on the table , and no silverware either !
  The wings tast like they are out of the microwayve and then some hot sauce was poored over , I was hungry so tasted not to bad .
  THE worsed service I ever experianced in CA , and the food was just so and so , drinks are a rip of !

  While shopping at the Fairfield mall, my boyfriend and I decided to see what was good to eat around the area. After checking some spots on yelp (we are not familiar with the area), we came across Los Altos and quickly decided to give it a try.
  
  The staff was really friendly and seated us right away. They gave us the choice of sitting in the bar area or restaurant. The bar area was on another side and they had great music blasting, we will have to try that another time. The restaurant area had a big screen where they were giving a soccer game and they had smaller TVs around the rest of the place.
  
  They let us take our time ordering, answered any questions we had and checked in on us the perfect amount of times (not enough to annoy you but just enough to know if we needed anything).
  
  My boyfriend ordered the aguachile, which is his go to and one of the reasons we decided to try the restaurant in the first place. It did not disappoint. The plate had a generous amount of shrimp and he said it was amazing. I ordered the mar y tierra plate (surf and turf) which had carne asada strips, a few shrimp, lots of grilled onion, beans and rice. It was so flavorful and so filling.
  
  Overall, I can safely say we will for sure be going back to Los Altos next time we are in the area!

  Great food and service.  Young mariachi trio including a woman on violin and a lead singer with a fabulous voice.  Our waitress Maya was very accommodating and friendly. We'll be back.

  I had some business to take care of in Suisun City California me and my wife were leaving to head back home we have had stopped to have lunch at Los Altos never been there before got my good phone out dialed up Yelp and found that it had good reviews so we tried it and it was good I had the lunch special for 8.95  I had chicken enchilada and a taco with rice and beans my wife had beef tongue tacos she likes her tongue fried so they accommodated her request she loved it. my plate was pretty good too and enchilada was full of chicken and the taco was really good too  Our waitress was on point she did a good job they have a buffet on Sundays that she had told me about and Mariachi band from 430 to 8 on Sundays me and my wife will be going back to check out the Buffet on Sundays menudo, pozole and lots of other good food. thumbs up on this place Chips and salsa was good too I would go back
